Amplify Group is a growth consulting firm helping startups and SMBs with sales and marketing strategy and execution. We are your fractional CRO, Head of Sales, and your ultimate hype team!
How did you get started?
Our founder, Jessica Schultz, was previously working at a venture capital fund and realized how many startup founders needed help transitioning out of founder-led sales to a professional sales organization. She knew she had the skills needed to help them with both the strategic planning and the tactical execution - and Amplify was born! Our mission is to empower emerging businesses by accelerating growth through scalable revenue leadership, digital transformation, and integrated partnership.
What were some of the biggest hurdles you had to overcome? What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Starting a business is HARD but also so extremely rewarding. Every day we get to help incredible founders amplify their message and their impact. Every challenge is exceeded by the joy we feel watching our clients succeed. Our biggest accomplishment is creating a scalable business in less than a year!
What motivates you each day to do what you do?
Our clients! We love helping founders making a real impact on the world. We're fortunate to work with founders disrupting the healthcare, artificial intelligence, recruiting and future of workspace!
What are the top 3 tips you can share to inspire other fellow entrepreneurs?
1) Do the hard things. Spend the time to build a solid infrastructure and scalable processes. 2) Say no. Disqualifying prospective clients is equally important and necessary to maintain a healthy workplace and quality of product. 3) Invest in your people.
